reflections: I was not really focused during the run especially when a tree branch broke from a tree that was across the opposite running path. I kept on following Jasmine and her pace during the first part of the 3km run so today'd run was not really good and i did not finish the run strong.

reflections: Before starting, i felt a little bit giddy and i felt like vomiting so my starting was not really good as i lack behind the others a bit. Luckily, i managed to catch after turning into the forest. My slope and the turning part was not really good and i nearly get tripped by another runner behind me. At the highway, i felt like there was something that was in my throat, thus, it was a little hard to breathe and i felt like vomiting, maybe because i ate too full or i ate too late?
I got to improve my running technique and striding, (widen it) but overall i am quite happy with my timing and i improved. yipee!!!!!!!

Reflections: Today, the run was quite fun and comfortable as the run was about 70%. Probably because of this i find running the up slope quite easy, not so tiring as before. I think i ended the run quite well this time because i did really sprinted.

Reflections: during the run, i felt a little giddy maybe it is due to the hot weather but i still tried to catch with elsia. At first, after crossing the bridge i managed to catch with her but later she overtook me at the traffic light near the canal. my finishing was not really strong and i did not really open up my stride, so, must work on these two point the next time.

Reflection: I regretted for not sprinting the last part till Xin ying overtook me but by then it was too late. My starting was not really good as i was being 'box' up but luckily later i managed to get out of it. during the run, i kept thinking negatively and i was not really focused so it somehow affected my run especially during the slope. Reflections: The run was ok( not that tiring) because today's motive was to remember the route. To me, the most difficult part was the steep slope out to the highway because i will keep on thinking that i cannot make it so i tried looking at the ground while running the slope until i reach the top. Reflections: The staircase run was ok but i would have to train my leg power a bit more because the running up of the staircase was not really fast so i slow down a bit at that part. The hurdle exercise was quite fun but i kept felt like falling.

Reflections: Actually, if Mr Tay did not told me to clean up my wound after the training, i really would not have notice that i was bleeding. I thought it was just some cut but luckily Mr tay did not tell me because then i would feel even more pain ( mentally, it's all in the mind ). Overall, the training was fine but i hoped to catch up with Jeddiah the next time.
