kueh ( don't know what is it called)Lunch--- Fish porridgeDinner--- Rice w vegetables, meat and eggSchdule: 3 times 3 staircase running( 3 min rest in between each interval)(hop up the stairs ) 7 times ( 1 leg hop) 1 time( hop with hands up)2 timesRating: ***/*****Reflection: The staircase running was pretty tiring, wonder if i ate too little or because i am sick that day but i feel very weak after that. As for the 1 leg hop, it was so difficult i merely make it to the upper steps.
