Reflection: I regretted for not sprinting the last part till Xin ying overtook me but by then it was too late. My starting was not really good as i was being 'box' up but luckily later i managed to get out of it. during the run, i kept thinking negatively and i was not really focused so it somehow affected my run especially during the slope. Haiz...
