reflections: Before starting, i felt a little bit giddy and i felt like vomiting so my starting was not really good as i lack behind the others a bit. Luckily, i managed to catch after turning into the forest. My slope and the turning part was not really good and i nearly get tripped by another runner behind me. At the highway, i felt like there was something that was in my throat, thus, it was a little hard to breathe and i felt like vomiting, maybe because i ate too full or i ate too late?
I got to improve my running technique and striding, (widen it) but overall i am quite happy with my timing and i improved. yipee!!!!!!!
